PATTERSON, GENEVIEVE, age 87, of North Cape May, NJ passed away Friday, December 9, 2016 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Genevieve was born in Louisiana and has been a Cape May area resident since 1960. She is the daughter of the late Charles and the late Inez (nee Landry) Jumonville. Genevieve was a Catholic by faith. She loved: crocheting, bowling (she was an officer in the local bowling league),flowers & flower gardening, and especially loved animals. Genevieve was preceded in death by her husband Marcus H “Pat” Patterson, Sr. in 2012. She is survived by her daughters: Linda (Dan) Gilliam, Barbara (John) Ray, & Patsy (Lew) Bates and her son Marcus H (Luann) Patterson, Jr. Also surviving are her 7 grandchildren: Marcus III, Amanda (Mike), Daniel Jr. (Michelle), Joseph (Jennifer), Karen (Ken), Scott, & Rebecca along with 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. CURRAN RICHARD J. (Rip) 1944-2024 Richard J. Curran, 80, of Wildwood Crest, N.J., passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024. Born in Somers Point, N.J., he was a local resident for 80 years.
