PADILLA, PHILLIP H., 51, of Rio Grande passed away on February 28, 2014. He was born in Cape May Court House and worked many years at the Woodbine Developmental Center, as well as The Palace and Captain Scraps Consignment Shops in Woodbine. Phil had a pleasant demeanor and will be greatly missed by his friends and especially his siblings. He is survived by his parents: Virginia Morrison of Dennisville and Philip Padilla of Cape May Court House; his siblings: Heidi (Larry) Chiappelli of CMCH, Penny (Shawn) Ragin of N. Cape May, Kim (Bob) Bowen of S. Seaville, and Vince (Kristen) Padilla of Lynnwood, WA; Godchildren: Amanda, Robert, Jessica, and Gabriel; 6 nieces, 3 great nieces and 6 great nephews; extended family: Robin, June, Jane, Dave, and Tommy; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his niece Angela Bowen. Funeral Services will be on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
