OTIS R. THOMPSON, JR., age 72, of West Wildwood passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his home.. Otis was born July 4, 1945 in Klamath Falls, OR. He is the son of the late Otis R and the late Francesca (Breithaupt) Thompson Sr.. Otis was formerly of Philadelphia and had resided in Cape May Co for the past 10 years. He had worked for United Refrigeration and after retiring worked as a greeter at Splash Zone on the Wildwood Boardwalk. He was a member of the Gold Age Club of Wildwood. Otis enjoyed fishing and animals especially dogs. He was an avid sports fan especially football. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Carolynn Thompson; four daughters, Lisa Eisele, Linda Kennedy, Kathy ( Mike) Kolodziej and Ursula (Dave) Polakowski. He also leaves five grandchildren and his dog Lola. Funeral services will be held privately.
