NEWDECK, CATHERINE C., 63, of Cape May Court House passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Born in Philadelphia to Francis and Loleen Tinney, she later would teach at various Philadelphia and Cape May County schools. Catherine is survived by her husband, James; her children: Jimmy (Carolyn), Nichole (Larry) Matthews, and Christina Newdeck; brother David Tinney; sister-in-law Veronica Tinney; grandchildren Kyle, Zachary, Kira, Maurice, and Mya; and many loyal friends who will miss her dearly. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her brother Francis Tinney. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of The Angels Church, 35 East Mechanic St., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
