MURPHY, MICHAEL JAMES, age 55, of North Cape May passed away suddenly Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at his home. Michael was born in Philadelphia; but has been a Cape May area resident for 47 years. He was employed by ACME Markets of Wildwood where he was the Deli Manager; but worked at various ACME Markets for 38 years throughout the area. Michael is survived by his companion Canyon Allen; his mother Joan Murphy of Cape May, NJ; his sister Susan (Roy) Martin of Villas, NJ; his sister Pattie Anne Murphy Fiore (John) of Woodbury, NJ; and several nieces & nephews. There will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
