MORITZ, GERALD F., of North Cape May, NJ, formerly of Warminster, PA passed away on December 28, 2015.Jerry was dearly loved by his children Gerald, Jr.(Sharon), Thomas, Kathleen Czupich (Ted), Michael (Judy), Christopher (Judianne), the late Stephen and by his brothers, Jack and Raymond and by his 13 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. He was the husband of the late Kathleen (nee Gallagher).Jerry was born on March 30, 1930 and attended Holy Souls Catholic School. He graduated from La Salle High School in 1948. He married Kathleen Gallagher in 1953 and lived in Philadelphia. He attended evening school at La Salle College where he earned a bachelor of science degree.Jerry worked in banking for most of his career. He began working as a computer programmer at Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia and later worked for the bank in computer security. Jerry retired and bought a home in Cape May, NJ. He loved his house in Cape May, where he often invited his family and friends to gather. Jerry enjoyed a late in life, loving relationship with Edith Gieger.Jerry enjoyed travel, live music and dancing. He was particularly fond of his Irish heritage and traveled to Ireland several times. He loved Irish songs and dancing and even won several awards for his Irish dancing.Jerry had a cheerful, light hearted, disposition and always greeted everyone with a smile and good humor. He was outgoing and well liked by all who knew him.Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend his viewing after 10 a.m., Saturday, January 2nd, at the Church of St. Martin of Tours, 1 Riverstone Circle, New Hope, PA; Funeral Mass was held at 11a.m. Interment followed at St. John Neumann Cemetery.Leaver/Cableof Buckingham
