MONGE, J MARK Sr., 56, of 12 Fleming Ave., Lock Haven, Pa, passed away Friday, July 19, 2013 at Lock Haven Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia on March 1, 1957 to the late Carlos Monge and Karen Bolten McKelvey, who survives in Cape May, NJ. Mark was a 1975 graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School. He worked as a plumber for 35 years and was the owner of J.M. Monge Plumbing and Heating in Lock Haven. Mark had a thirst for life. He spent most of his free time in the outdoors, enjoying an array of adventurous activities from the ocean to the mountains. He enjoyed astronomy and would often share his telescope findings and his knowledge of star constellations with his family. He was also an avid sports fan and kept up to date with current sports news. Most of all, Mark loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his long time companion, Angela “Kay” Caprio of Lock Haven; a son, J. Mark Monge, Jr. and his wife, Lori of Paramus, NJ; a brother, Chris Monge and his wife Jeanie and a sister, Linda Monge, all of Cape May, NJ; four grandchildren, Ethan, Mason, Ryder and Teagan Monge; and his loving dog, Sammy.
