MOFFATT, ROBERT J., 93, of Cape May Point and formerly of Philadelphia passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 9, 2013. Bob was a perfectly wonderful human being who cared deeply for his wife, children, relatives and friends. He enjoyed holding court at the Beach Peach for all those who came to visit. He was predeceased by his brothers, John, Joseph and Francis. Bob enjoyed a marriage of 62 years to his wife, Doris who passed away in 2012. Bob will be dearly missed by his loving family which includes his five children, Andrea, Robert, Jane (and Barry) OReilly, Edward (and Leslie), Lizanne Moffatt (and Judd Schollin); seven grandchildren, Andrew, Moira, Kate, Ryan, Kyle, Katherine and Amelia; brother-in-law, Joseph (and Mary) Byers; also many nieces and nephews. His Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (May 18th) at 12 noon in St. Agnes RC Church, 501 Cape Ave., Cape May Point where friends will be received from 11:30am 12noon. Entombment will take place at a later date in St. Marys Cem. Mausoleum, Cape May.
