MEARS, BERT, a well-known and well-liked local commercial fisherman passed away recently. Bert was honest, generous and hard-working. If a Hall Of Fame existed for lobster and sea bass fishermen, Bert would have entered with a smile. He was eighty-nine and resided in Wildwood Crest.
