MCCOY, FRANCIS W., formerly of Pearl River, NY, entered eternal rest April 7, 2011. He died surrounded by his loving family at his adopted home in North Wildwood, NJ. He was 81. Mr. McCoy was a proud New York City Detective for 25 years before retiring in 1979. He was born in Riverdale, NY on Feb. 5, 1930 to Bernard and Loretta McCoy. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy Seabees. Frank shared his last 50 years with his devoted wife, Florence. Memories will be carried forever by his children: Frank McCoy and his wife, Katie and their children, Michael and Coleen of Pearl River, NY, Diane Tecilla and her husband, Luca, of Montreal, Canada, Nancy Wallace and her husband, Ed, and daughter, Rene, of Middletown,CT and Brian McCoy and his wife, Sheri, of Tempe, AZ.
