MARTIN, HARRIET ETTA (HIGH), 85, Green Bay, WI, formerly of Dias Creek, NJ, passed Monday, February 24, 2014. Born on October 13, 1928, she is the daughter of the late Harry and Alma (Hand) High. Harriet graduated from Middle Township High the Class of 46. She married Harry Martin in Goshen and they were married for 57 years and he preceded her in death in 2006. Harriet was the 4H secretary in Cape May County for many years. She moved to Green Bay, WI, in July 2008 to be closer to family and resided at Brookview Meadows. Harriet enjoyed search a word puzzles, crocheting, knitting, reading, and shopping. She was survived by her two daughters, Linda (Edward) Maiden of Philadelphia, PA, and Barbara Van Straten of Green Bay, WI; five grandchildren, Becky (Robert) Lade, Jennifer Maiden, Jessica (Jeremy) Maes, Amanda (Marc) McGovern, and Edward Maiden; five great grandchildren, Caleb and Kyle Maes, Gunar and Taner Lade, and Isabela McGovern. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry; son-in-law, Gary Van Straten. Visitation will take place at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, on Friday, March 14, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 11:00 a.m. Burial at Cape May County Veterans Cemetery.
