LORD, PENNY S., 64 – of Cape May Court House, NJ passed away October 23, 2015. She was born in Philadelphia to William and the late Charlotte Remley. She worked in the Cape May County Tax Board as a Tax Clerk. Penny is survived by her husband of 31 years, Wayne; grandchildren: Rachel Higgins, Kevin Hemple, Amber Hemple, Michael Andrews, Alexis Hemple, Amanda Hemple , Nicholas Hemple, and Jonathon Bellopede; and her siblings: Harriet, Bunny, Bud, and Terry. Along with her mother she is predeceased by her son Bob Hemple in 2006, daughter Holly Andrews in September of this year, and her brother Bill. Funeral Service will be Friday, October 30, 2015 at 12 noon at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Viewing will begin at 11 a.m. Interment is private.
