LINK, ANDREW FRANCIS

LINK, ANDREW FRANCIS “BUD”, 90, formerly of Doylestown, PA. He has been an area resident since 1973. He was a graduate of North Catholic High School. Andrew was employed with the VA Administration for 30 years. He was a former member of St. Helena’s in the Olney Section of Phila. and a parishioner of St. John Neumann Parish, the NRA, Catholic War Vets post 424 in Olney, VFW in Phila., the Villas Sportsmen Club. He was an avid hunter, especially deer hunting. He was a US Navy Vet in WWII. Surviving is his loving wife of 58 years, Irene Link; his daughters, Irene Smith of Charleston, SC and Andrea Bumgardner and her husband, Butch. Bud was affectionately known as “Pop Pop” to his grandchildren, Michael Smith, Bryan Smith, Timothy Smith, Andrew Smith, Jodi Luchowski-Causey. Preceded In death by three brothers and one sister. Relatives and friends are invited to his Mass of Christian Burial, at 11 am on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from St. John Neumann Parish / St. Raymonds Campus Bayshore and Ocean Ave. Villas, NJ 08251.
