KUCHON, WILLIAM H., age 70, of Villas passed away peacefully Friday, March 14, 2014. William was born October 20, 1943 in Jersey City, NJ; formerly of Asbury Park, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident for 9 years. He was a teacher at Madison High School in North Jersey. William was a member of the cast for the TV soap opera All My Children for 6 years in the early eighties; and also the cast of One Life to Live. He acted in numerous Off Broadway Plays and was featured in the play Catch 22. William had acting roles in the movies Fort Apache the Bronx and Price of the City. He later worked for the Honeywell Corp. of Syosset, NY. William was a member of the Villas VFW, the Villas Elks Club, and the Del Haven DAV. He enjoyed karaoke and especially performing Elvis Presley songs. William is survived by his wife of 20 years Theresa J Kuchon, his daughter Meredith Kuchon, and his daughter Kim Kuchon. Also surviving is his sister Sharon Raia, his grandson Kobe, and his nephew Jake Raia. There will be a memorial service at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
