Robert V. Kole passed away peacefully at his home on April 5 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 72 years old. He is survived by his wife, Brenda, son Robert and daughter Jenny and brother James Kole.
He was born and raised in Philadelphia and graduated from West Catholic High school.
A four year Army veteran who worked as a medic at Walter Reed hospital in Washington D.C.
The family moved to Wildwood Crest in 1995 where he worked in the hospitality industry.
He was an outspoken advocate for the environment and like his father, had a love for gardening as anyone who walked by his home could easily tell.
A celebration of his life will be held in the fall
