JETT, CHERONNE ANN (nee

JETT, CHERONNE ANN (nee Craven), 80, of North Wildwood, NJ passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. “Ronnie” was born in North Wildwood on April 3, 1937 and graduated from Margaret Mace School and Wildwood High School. She was a bookkeeper and secretary for a number of businesses, including the Rio Motel and Marine National Bank, and was the Chief’s confidential secretary in the North Wildwood Police Department. She was involved in numerous local organizations, was a den mother in the Cub Scouts, and held many positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She spent much of her time helping and serving others, and would often be found baking cakes or cookies to cheer someone up. Ronnie was predeceased by her beloved husband, William F. Jett, her parents Bud and Pat Craven, and her brothers Buster, Ted and Jay. She is survived by three sons: Steven (Janalyn), Allen (Carla) and Scott (Juanita); thirteen grandchildren: Christa (JB) Griswold, Katelyn (Steve) Brown, Stephanie (Dallas) Droghei, William J., Travis, Melissa (Grant) Baugh, Laura, Kayla, Mary (Christopher) Killion, William F. (Sarah), Katherine (Seth) Neifert, Joseph and Julia; and eleven great-grandchildren: Rachel, Joseph, Audrey, Matthew, Lauren, Paige, Lizzie, Cate, Abby, Charles and Rebecca.
A funeral service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 803 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, on Monday, August 14 at 12 Noon, where friends may call from 10 AM at the Church. Interment will be at Cold Spring Cemetery in Lower Township. Donations in memory to Delaware Valley Alzheimer’s Association, 25 Dolphin Avenue, Northfield, NJ 08225.
