HUDAK, ROBERT J., 81 – of Swainton, NJ and Naples, FL – passed away November 26, 2015. He was born in Chester, PA to the late Michael and Mary (formerly Sharkey) Hudak. He graduated Temple and Syracuse University with an MBA and served in the US Army for 29 years, retiring as Colonel. He later worked for Alliant Technology, Washington DC office, before moving to Cape May County in 2002 where he loved to hunt and fish. Along with his parents he is predeceased by his son Robert Hudak, brother Michael Hudak, and stepson John Cremin. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Mary (formerly Costello); daughter Gabriele Hickey; stepchildren: Monica (David) Coskey, Patricia (Thomas) Maier, Marygrace (Larry) Speed, Bernadette Cremin, and Richard (Christine) Cremin; step daughter-in-law Deborah Cremin; 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Maris Stella Church, 50th St. and Dune Drive, Avalon, NJ 08202. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
