HERMAN, JANE E. (Nee: Strayer) passed away suddenly on April 29, 2010 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 56 years old. The youngest child of Kermit and Louise Strayer, she was born in Columbia PA and raised in Dallastown, PA. Jane graduated from Albright College in Reading, Pa in 1975. Predeceased by her father Kermit Strayer, she is a survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Mitchell S. Herman and her cherished son, Bradley C. Herman. Also survived by her mother Louise Strayer. a brother, Ned Strayer and his wife Brenda; a niece, Nicole and nephew, Adam. Jane’s working life included working as a Registered Dietician for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, also she had been a Program Associate at Rutgers Cooperative Extention and also as a Demonstration Chef for Electrolux. Jane was a Master Gardener, an avid tennis player and loved all her pet cats down through the years. She will be desperately missed by her family and friends.
