HERLEY, MICHAEL PATRICK age 50, of North Cape May passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Michael was born in Philadelphia, PA; and has been a Cape May area resident for 40 years. He is the son of the late Frank Bernard and the late Josephine (Morris) Herley. Michael was a self employed carpenter; worked at the Emsig Button Factory in Villas; and at the Family Dollar in Wildwood. He attended St Ann’s RC Church and the Church of the Assumption in Wildwood Crest. He loved music and played the guitar. Michael was preceded in death by his two brothers: Frank & Bobby and his sister Carol. He is survived by four daughters: Tiffany Herley, Heather Herley, Kelly Headrick, & Jamie Murphy; and one son Michael Herley. Also surviving are his sister Kathleen Herley; one brother John Herley; and 9 grandchildren. There will be a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM on Monday, December 21, 2015 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
