HAUSER, CARL J., age 90, of North Cape May passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Victoria Manor Nursing Home. Carl was born April 26, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA and has been a Cape May area resident since 1957. He is the son of the late Paul E and the late Ann (Degnan) Hauser. Carl served his country in the US Navy during World War II. He retired from Crown, Cork, & Seal Bottling Company in Philadelphia, PA after 37 years of service. Carl was preceded in death by his daughter Valerie Keck. He is survived by his wife of 68 years: Joan (Lando) Hauser; two daughters: Lois Rudderow & Debbie (Ron) Jones; and three sons: Carl “Gus” (Jeanne) Hauser; John (Dot) Hauser, & Ron Hauser. Also surviving are his brothers: William Hauser & John (Carol) Hauser, his sisters: Phyllis (Dave) Cottrell & Dorothy Scheurer; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren. There will be a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
