HAMILTON, JAMES

HAMILTON, JAMES, 49, of Woodbine died suddenly Monday August 9, 2010 at home. Born in Cape May Court House, NJ, he was the son of Joan Ayres Hamilton and the late Harold Hamilton and the husband of Beth Fisher Hamilton. James was formerly of Cape May Court House and resided in Woodbine the past 10 years. He was employed by the Middle Twp. Board of Education in the Maintenance Department. He was a member of NJEA Teachers Union, Seashore Church of the Nazarene in Erma, he had a great singing voice and was a member of the Choir. James enjoyed camping, traveling, building, photography, lighthouses and his dogs, Bear, Angel Dew, Destiny Dew, and Tigger Too. Surviving are his wife, Beth, mother, Joan Hamilton of Cape May Court House, son, Justin Hamilton of AZ, daughters, Heather Collins of Cape May Court House, and Amy Hamilton of WY, twin brother, Joseph Hamilton of Cape May Court House, sisters, Robbie Davey of NC, and Patricia Henle of Clemmonton, 5 grandchildren, Damion Hamilton, Joseph Flannigan, Paige Hamilton, Payton Hamilton, Presley Hamilton and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral services held at the Hoffman Funeral Homes 643 Main St. Leesburg on Thursday August 12, 2010 at 12:00 noon. Burial in Leesburg Cemetery. Viewing held Thursday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Memorial donations may be made to ARC of Cape May County 822 Rt. 47 South Dennis, NJ 08245.
