GUIBAS, JOSE A., 59, of Woodbine passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2013. Born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico to Ovidio Guivas Quintana and Maria Torres Ortiz, he moved to the U.S. in the 1970s. He worked for the Borough of Woodbine in the Public Works Department and enjoyed fishing, restoring cars, scratch off lotteries, and going to flea markets every Saturday. He is survived by his daughter Antionette, granddaughter Kiera Warner; 2 brothers and 4 sisters; as well as other loving family, friends, and community members.
