GRANT, EULA J., 80, of Whitesboro, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013. She was born in Warrenton, NC to Clarence and Bessie Wortham Williams and later worked as a private housekeeper. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Whitesboro. She was predeceased by her husband Phillip in 2008; a daughter, Jantia Hart; one grand-child; and one great-grand-child. She is survived by three children: Phyllis A. (Pastor Alfred) Comer, Phillip Grant Jr., and Rene D. Grant; three brothers, Alphonza, John Henry, and Joseph Morris; three sisters, Cornelia, Zelda, and Queen; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, Route 9 and Main Street, Whitesboro. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Condolences at www.radzieta.com
