GLINSKI, JOSEPH, age 86, of North Cape May died suddenly Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Joe was born in Passaic, NJ; formerly lived in Wallington, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident for 23 years. Joe was a truck driver for various trucking companies throughout his career and a member of the Teamsters Union. He was a World War II veteran where he served with the Navy Sea Bees. Joe was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Kathryn in 2003. He is survived by his children: Joseph (Cynthy) Glinski Jr. of Baltimore, MD; Mary Beth (Dave) Lyle of Foley, AL; Judi Reinhard of Mill Valley, CA; Jo-Ann (Larry) Fay of Dingmans Ferry, PA; and Sue (Gordon) McIntire of Mahwah, NJ. Also surviving is his sister Geneieve Reynolds of Lewes, DE; and his companion Dorothy Corney; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Monday March 31, 2014 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. CURRAN RICHARD J. (Rip) 1944-2024 Richard J. Curran, 80, of Wildwood Crest, N.J., passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024. Born in Somers Point, N.J., he was a local resident for 80 years.
