GARNER, NORMAN C., 72, of Whitesboro passed away on August 29, 2013. Born in West Moreland County, VA to William Fauntleroy and Myrtle Campbell, he moved to the area in 1957 and later worked as a machine operator for Local 415. He is survived by his sons, Norman C. Hatcher and Quinton Hatcher; as well as other family, loved ones, and friends in the community. Funeral Services will be Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
