FRICKER JR., WILLIAM PAUL, 80, of Lower Township, NJ, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late William Paul Fricker, Sr. and Lois Strouse Fricker, he moved to Lower Township 20 years ago from Levittown, PA. Bill was an active member of the Seashore Community Church of the Nazarene, where he was dedicated to the Prison Ministry for 38 years. He was a caretaker at the Cape May Holiness Association Erma Camp. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1954 to 1957. Bill is survived by his wife of 38 years, Debra J. Fricker; his children, Michael Fricker, Terri Speiss, and Julie Porter (Troy); and his granddaughter, Briana Speiss. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Seashore Community Church of the Nazarene, 446 Seashore Road, Erma. Interment will be private.
