FOLEY, ELSIE C., age 96, a long-time resident of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at the Okeechobee Health Care Facility in Florida. She was born in Greenbackville, VA the daughter of the late Charles P. and Mary Hester Hand Marriner. She lived in North Cape May prior to moving to Florida. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cape May Court House and the United Methodist Women. She is survived by a daughter, Catherine (Ben) Rodriquez of Aurora, CO and a son, Henry B. Foley of West Palm Beach, FL; three grandchildren: Harold H. Selover, III of Maui, HI, Coreena Rodriquez of Aurora, CO and Matthew Selover of TN; and three great grandchildren: Ethan, Aidan, and Emma Marie Frederiks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Foley; a son, Harold H. Selover; and a granddaughter, Karen Marie. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Fairview Cemetery, Cape May Court House, NJ.
