ELSKAMP, TED, 88, of Cape May Court House died at home on December 5, 2013. Ted was born in Philadelphia and was a private in the US 1st Army, 1st Division, 16th Regiment, 2nd Battalion, F Company who landed with the 2nd wave of US infantry on Omaha Beach in Normandy, France on the morning of June 6, 1944. He moved to the area in 1987 and was a member of the Avalon Fishing Club.
