DUPUIS, RICHARD S., SR. STONE HARBOR, NJ: Richard S. Dupuis, Sr., 90, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015.He was born June 2, 1925 in Brooklyn, NY, a son of John A., Sr. and Jessie May Young Dupuis. He was a graduate of Fort Lee (NJ) High School in 1942 and received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University Engineering School. Richard served in the US Army during WWII from 1943-45 in Rhineland, Central Europe and the Ardennes where he was wounded and received the Purple Heart. He married Phyllis Irene Kelley in 1954 who predeceased him on December 30, 2011. Richard was a mechanical engineer at Raytheon Co. in Philadelphia until his retirement. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
