DORE, DAVID SCOTT, 55, passed away on Saturday, July 22nd, 2017 at 0640 hours. Born in Atlantic City, NJ, David lived in Tuckahoe and graduated from Ocean City High School. David worked at Bayside and Southern State Prisons until he retired from Bayside in 2009. Once retired from Law Enforcement David helped create a successful construction business for the past nine years. David enjoyed a simplistic life spending endless days with his wife meticulously creating an Oasis of their home and property. David is survived by his wife, Lori (nee Batten), his brother Timothy Dore, sisters Becky Tomlin (Bill), Kathleen D’Intino (Tom), and Beth Tieri (Reed); his children and spouses, Holly Camp (Joseph), David Dore (Nicole), Robert Grundlock (Andrea), and Joseph Grundlock (Rachel); his nieces and nephews Katrina, Trisha, Billy, Caitie, and Nico; his grandchildren Luke, Jadon, Logan, Makenna, Lainee, Finn, and Leland. David Dore was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Nancy Boyle.
