DETWILER, EVELYN E.

DETWILER, EVELYN E., 92, of Villas passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Court House Convalescent Center. Born in King of Prussia, PA and formerly of Mont Clare, PA; she has been a Cape May area resident since 1978. Evelyn was a member of the Green Creek Methodist Church, enjoyed reading the Bible, and was a Philadelphia Phillies baseball fan. She was an administrative assistant at the American Baptist Convention Center in Valley Forge, PA. Evelyn is survived by her son William Coyle and wife Florence of Blandon, PA and her daughter June Miller and husband Thomas of Cape May Court House, NJ. Also surviving are her 4 grandchildren: Richard, Beverly, Scott, and Brian; along with 10 great grandchildren. Evelyn was preceded in death by her first husband William J Coyle Sr. in 1973, her second husband Arthur E Detwiler in 1983, and her sister Ruth Barnshaw. There will be a Graveside Service at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, 352 S Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
