CRIPPS, MARTIN F., Sr (Marty), age 57, of Green Creek passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at his home. Martin was born March 6, 1956 in Cape May Court House, NJ and has been a life-long Cape May area resident. He was a 1974 graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School. Marty served his country in the US Navy. He was an avid photographer and loved capturing local sea side life as well as family; enjoyed smoking cigars; and watching to Dr. Who. He was employed by Cape May County Library as a Librarian for 15 years. Marty also worked at the Radio Shack in Rio Grande. He is survived by his wife Ellen; his daughter Rachel Cripps; his son Martin F Cripps, Jr.; his 2 step daughters: Lisa Yacullo and Tiffany Perez; and his 3 step grandchildren: Alisson Markisz, Iliana Perez, and Sophia Perez. Also surviving are his brothers: Andrew Cripps and Gary Cripps; and his 2 grandchildren: Gianna Jones and Aniyah Jones. There will be a funeral service at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. Interment will be private at Brigadier General William C Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
