COUNTISS, AUDREY M., 79, of Cape May Court House, NJ, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017. Born in Wildwood to the late William M. and Dorothy M. Craner Field, she was a lifelong resident of Cape May County. Audrey was an avid scrabble player and enjoyed spending time playing games or watching movies with those she loved. She was a Beloved Mother and Mom-Mom to her family. Audrey is survived by her two children, Vicki Peterson (Husband Eric) of South Seaville and Karen Minchelli (Husband Joseph) of Cape May Court House; her two grandchildren, Christina Povio, (Husband Vince) and Zachery Peterson; her two great-grandchildren, Vinny and Joey (Povio); and by her brother, Kenny Field. She also leaves behind three very special people in her life, Phil Amundsen, Marge Morano, and Helen Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Harry Countiss. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Calvary Baptist Cemetery, Ocean View.
