CASSELLS, PATRICIA M., 77, of Cape May and formerly of Edgewater Park, NJ and Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2013. She has been a resident of Cape May for the past 16 years. Pat will be long remembered and forever loved for the beautiful way she lived her life but most all for her devotion and love for her family and church community. She was a tireless volunteer within Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Cape May, specifically the Good Samaritan Program. She is predeceased by her husband, Bernard F. “Vince” Cassells and her two sisters, Ann Wood and Marie Stough. Pat will be dearly missed by her loving family which includes her four sons, Christopher (and Waltreud) Cassells, Michael (and Carissa) Cassells, Peter (and Anita Rose) Cassells and Matthew (and Patricia Ann) Cassells; six grandchildren, Jaqlyn, Shannon, Vincent, Sean, Liam and Aishlyn. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday (Oct. 24th) at 9:30am in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 525 Washington St., Cape May where there will be a viewing from 8:30am -9:20am.
