CARBONE, FRANCES M. (Sis Dougherty), of North Wildwood, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 29, 2015 at the age of 74. Born in Philadelphia, she has been a local resident for the past 35 years. Fran was a retired Communications Officer of the North Wildwood Police Department and a devout member of St. Ann’s Parish. She is survived by her five children Rosemary, Lawrence III, Mary Elizabeth, Francesca and Anthony; her four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Ryan and Colin; her brother William Dougherty, sisters Betty Raleigh and Barbara Murray along with countless nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Elizabeth Dougherty; her brothers Harry & Gilbert Dougherty and her sister, Edna Kehoe.
