BRANCA, GLORIA E.

BRANCA, GLORIA E., 62, of Belleplain died Wednesday at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House, NJ. Born in Belleplain she was a lifetime resident. Gloria was the daughter of Elizabeth Scull McCormick and the late Henry W. McCormick and the wife of Robert L. Branca. She was employed at Wheaton Plastic Maintenance Department in Mays Landing. Gloria was a member of Parkway South Seventh Day Adventist Church in Marmora, where she served as Deaconess. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, plastic canvas and providing food to the needy. Surviving are her mother Elizabeth McCormick of Cape May Ct. Hs., her husband of 44 years Robert, daughters, Loretta Gorman and her husband Louis of Millville, Amy Morrison and her companion Jonathan Jorgensen of Wildwood Crest, brother, Henry W. McCormick, Jr., of KY, sisters, Marcia Bender (Don Peters), Karen White (Jerry Sr.), Sheila Kay (Bill Sheldon), Catherine Johnson (Glen) all of Belleplain, Carol Armstrong (George Sr.) of Delmont, sister in law, JoAnn Tustin of Millville, grandchildren, Stephanie Shumate, Daniel Morrison, Jr., Christopher, Robert, and Emily, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Harry E. McCormick. Funeral services will be held at the Parkway South Seventh Day Adventist Church, Roosevelt Blvd. & Rt. 9, Marmora, NJ, on Monday September 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be at the church from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Head of The River Cemetery, Estell Manor. Memorial donations may be made to the Parkway South Seventh Day Adventist Church, Rt. 9, Marmora, NJ 08223. Arrangements are being handled by Hoffman Funeral Homes Leesburg.
