BOYD, ROBERT D., age 75, of Villas passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at his home with family by his side. Robert was born June 6, 1940 in Camden, NJ; formerly lived in Bound Brook, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1990. He was a retired chemist with the Pfizer Corporation and Cody Cosmetics. Robert also taught chemistry at Wildwood High School from 2002 to 2012. He was a member of the Cape Island Masonic Lodge of Cape May, sang with the Cape Harmoniers Barber Shop Chorus, and was a member of the Bound Brook Fire Department #3. Robert is survived by his wife of 53 years Nancy (nee Stanton) Boyd; his daughter Kathy Lynn Warren (Neil) of Manville, NJ; his daughter Joyce Ann Gardner (John) of Bound Brook, NJ; and his brother Doug Boyd (Kathryn). Also surviving are 4 grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
