BOTTO, Regina B. (Jean), nee McDevitt, of Wildwood Crest, formerly of Highland Park, PA died on April 7, 2010. Jean was born on November 8, 1927 in Barrington, NJ. She was a graduate of the Class of 1945 of John.W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School, Philadelphia, PA. She was a former Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Western Saving Fund Society. Jean was the loving wife of George E. Botto, devoted mother to Mary Ellen Lopizzo (Edward J, Sr.) and George C. (Jerry) Botto. Grandmoo to Caroline, Valerie and Sam Botto, Anthony (Hope) and Edward J, Jr. Lopizzo, all of Wildwood Crest. Mrs. Botto is also survived by her sister, Frances Scully (the late Christopher J.) also of Wildwood Crest, and her aunt, Mary Sieck of Haddon Heights. Jean was an aunt to her 52 nieces and nephews and more than 125 great-nieces and nephews. Jean was an avid beachgoer and loved to entertain in her homes. She was the consummate housewife who enjoyed making things. If you were lucky enough to know her, you probably didnt leave her home without a meal or something to drink. She also enjoyed spending time with the girls of her sorority. She will be sorely missed by all for her infectious laughter, good nature and fabulous parties. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at Notre Dame de la Mer, Church of the Assumption with a Prayer Service to follow.
