BLACKLEY, KIMBERLY L. “Kiiggy”, age 47, of Villas, NJ passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at her home with the “Loves of Her Life” sons Ryan and Zachary, by her side.
Born in Ridley Park, PA she was a lifelong resident of Cape May County and worked as a Court Administrator for Lower Township for many years, as well as the Lower Township Rec. Dept. Kim fought a courageous 4 year battle with Lymphoma and despite of the side effects of her disease and treatments, she always had words of encouragement for others, was an amazing aunt and mom, and had a persistent determination to “Kick Cancers Ass”. Her strength and spirit was an inspiration to many. She is survived by her sons Ryan and Zach; her parents John and Carol Blackley; her sister Tammy (Jim) Norris; her brother: Jay (Donna) Blackey; her nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Brendan, Tyler, Cole, Devon, Cory, Brynn. And her loving dog Gizmo.. Kim was preceded in death by her brother Frank Blackley in 2002.
A visitation will begin at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, N Cape May, NJ, and will be followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the “Friends of Kim Fund” (to assist with her sons college education) c/o Tammy Norris, 106 Holly Dr., Rio Grande, NJ 08242.
