BEVAN, SCOTT J.

BEVAN, SCOTT J., 43, of Cape May Court House, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2010. He was the loving husband and best friend of Deneen, devoted son of Bob and Janet Bevan, proud brother to Marnie Lengle (Pete), Gregg (Eleanor) and loving uncle to Eva, Parker, Phoebe and Sam. Scott was raised and spent most of his life in Gloucester City, NJ. He was a graduate of Gloucester High School Class of 1984. He and Deneen lived in Cape May Court House for the past 6 years. Scott worked as a carpenter for Craig Otton Builders, Inc. He was a passionate and talented fisherman. Nephew, cousin, loyal friend, and owner of his sweet puppy Bella, Scott’s courageous battle with melanoma ended with his loved ones by his side. The seas are now calm as he leaves the dock on his final voyage. A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Saturday, July 24th at Proprietor’s Park, located on King St. and Jersey Ave. in Gloucester City.
