BERKOWITZ, DELILAH MAE, age 82, of Cape May Court House passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015. Delilah was born March 17, 1933 in North Carolina. She formerly lived in Long Beach Island, Barnegat Light, Beach Haven, Perth Amboy, & Seaside Heights; and has been a Cape May area resident for over 60 years. Delilah was a graduate of Wildwood High School and a member of the Methodist Church of North Wildwood. She was a secretary for Teleprompter Cable Company of Wildwood, loved crocheting and baking. Delilah was preceded in death one brother and her grandson Albert Carlson in 2015. She is survived by her husband Peter Berkowitz, her son Albert Carlson, and her daughters: Carolyn (Keith) Pew, Patricia Lewis, & Pamela Gillikin. Also surviving are her brother Charles A (Shirley) Salter, 15 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 4, 2016 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
