BELCHER, IRENE, 63, of Harford, was called home to be with her Lord on December 10, 2016 at the Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore, PA. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James Belcher; two sons James G. (Kari) Belcher and Michael (Catia) Belcher; two granddaughters Lila and Flora Belcher; her brothers James (Barbara) Vanore, Armand (Marianne) Vanore and John (Debbie) Vanore; mother-in-law Marlene Peck; sisters-in-law Robin Belcher and Brenda (Frank) Payne; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Irene graduated from Villanova University with her Registered Nursing Degree and from Wilkes University with her Bachelor Degree in Nursing. She owned DCMP Case Management Co. in Wilkes-Barre and Pittsburgh. She was very devoted to the Devine Mercy Ministry at St. Lawrence Catholic Church and other committees. Irene loved traveling, horseback riding and fly fishing. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 11:00am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Great Bend, PA.
