BAXTER, ROBERT I., 73 – of Avalon, NJ passed away February 15, 2017. He was born in Passaic, NJ to the late Robert and Helen Baxter. Robert was a partner at Arthur Andersen in Philadelphia, PA. He visited Avalon seasonally since 1983 before moving permanently in 2009. Robert is survived by his wife of 39 years, Madeline (formerly Torelli); his children: Andrew (Ehren) Baxter and Samantha Baxter; grandchildren: Jack and Maxwell Baxter; as well as a brother, sister, nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Brendan The Navigator Parish, St. Paul’s Church, 9910 Third Ave., Stone Harbor, NJ 08247. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Burial is private.
