APRILL, ROY GIFFORD, 61, of Lindsay, died Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at his home. He was born February 4, 1952 in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Roy owned and operated a landscaping company for many years before moving to Oklahoma. He was an entrepreneur and had many businesses throughout his life. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, agriculture, and raising roosters. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a great man, husband, father, grandfather, and teacher. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Roy is survived by his wife, Linda Aprill ; two sons, Aaron Aprill and his wife, Tammy, and Jared Aprill and his wife, Brandy; eight grandchildren, Josh, Samantha, Audra, Brody, Wyatt, Colt, Kyle and Gunner, all of Lindsay; and many other relatives and friends. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
