OCEAN CITY – The City will honor popular Elvis performer Ted Prior during a 1 p.m. ceremony on Sat., Nov. 17 at the Music Pier, Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace. A star plaque will be dedicated to the late musician on his dressing room door in the “green room” or performers’ area of the historic building. The plaque will proclaim that Ted Prior is Ocean City’s “Forever Elvis.”
