North Wildwood Police Receive Accreditation Certificate

NORTH WILDWOOD — Mr. Harry J. Delgado, Ed.S., Accreditation Program Manager for the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police, presented an Accreditation Certificate to Chief Matthew Gallagher and Accreditation Manager Capt. Kevin Tolan and Lt. William Etsell in front of Mayor Patrick Rosenello and City of North Wildwood Council members at a meeting on Tues., June 20, 2017.
Mr. Delgado, Ed.S. stated “It is the opinion of the assessment team that the North Wildwood Police Department is a highly professional and committed agency which exemplifies all of the tenets of Law Enforcement Accreditation at the state and national level. “
Accreditation is valid for a three-year period during which time the agency must submit annual reports attesting to their continued compliance with those standards under which it was initially accredited. The North Wildwood Police Department had a perfect on site assessment with no issues.
