COURT HOUSE — On May 27, 2014, the Friends of Patsy’s Way met with land use attorney Thomas Hillegass of Monzo, Catanese and Hillegas to begin the process of contesting the proposed altered use of the previously approved single family housing development on Patsy’s Way.
Present were residents of streets that bound Patsy’s Way and Tally Ho Road including Stage Coach Road, Shell Bay Avenue, Hoppy’s Way, Secluded Hollow, Galloping Way, Fishing Creek Road, Dias Creek Road and Saddlewood Road.
The original single family zoning approval is now being proposed as a neighborhood of group homes for special needs individuals.
Residents expressed a commitment to strenuously oppose any plan which circumvents any protections that may apply from DEP or CAFRA requirements, does not conform to the intent of the single family home approval or does not align with Township residential philosophy.
