By On Deck Staff

The 27th Annual Wings ‘N Water Festival will take place Sept. 19-20 at the Wetlands Institute, 1075 Stone Harbor Blvd. (www.wetlandsinstitute.org).
The festival promotes appreciation for South Jersey’s coastal environment through art and nature.
More than 30 activities, from puppet shows to wine tasting, are scheduled throughout Stone Harbor, Middle Township, and Avalon.
The Governor’s Tourism Conference describes the festival as among the best special events in New Jersey.
Catch next week’s On Deck for a full schedule of this celebration of nature.
