WOODBINE – The Cape May County Library will hold “NaNoWriMo: Come Write-In”s at the Woodbine Branch, 800 Monroe Street, Woodbine, on Saturdays in the month of November.
The first Write-In will be held Nov. 7 and continue each week until Nov. 28. The Woodbine write-ins will be held from 1:30 to 4 p.m.
November is National Novel Writing Month hence NaNoWriMo. The public is invited to attend: Bring a group of writers or meet up with our group at the library to power through your novel. Write as many words in your novel as you can while the clock ticks down to November 30th. Can you write that novel in 30 days?
National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to creative writing. Nov. 1, participants begin working towards the goal of writing a 50,000-word novel by 11:59 p.m. Nov. 30. Valuing enthusiasm, determination, and a deadline, NaNoWriMo is for anyone who has ever thought about writing a novel. This event is open to teenagers as well as adults.
