GALLOWAY – In our on-going effort to re-establish trust and connect with veterans, their families and other stakeholders, the Southern New Jersey MyVA Community is conducting a VA Claims Clinic and Outreach Fair scheduled for Aug. 16, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Stockton University located at 101 Vera King Farris Drive, Galloway, New Jersey. There will be representatives from the Veterans Benefits Administration, Veterans Health Administration, and the National Cemetery Administration who will share information and answer question and concerns about benefits.
The stated mission of the Southern New Jersey MyVA Community Committee is to assist our veterans, transitioning service members, and those who support them in their satisfactory pursuit and attainment of those benefits and privileges they deserve and are entitled to by collaborating with the resources and capabilities found within the counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester & Salem to improve veteran outcomes.
Collaboration between the Southern New Jersey MyVA Community and the Department of Veterans Affairs is designed to identify the gaps in services to veterans and their families that aligns with the customer service goals of delivering consistent, high-quality service to every veteran—a cornerstone to building trusted, lifelong relationships withveterans that respects their service.
All veterans and their families within the Southern New Jersey area, who served in the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserves, are invited to attend.
